Get Next Lead Issue
We are aware that several call centers are experiencing an intermittent issue with Get Next Lead functionality this morning. We are working to resolve this issue and will continue to update users. In the meantime, if you receive a "No more leads available in your assigned list" message, wait 15 seconds, and then select Get Next Lead from the main menu.

Performance Issues - Resolved
Due to issues related to the firewall settings at our hosting provider, we experienced performance issues this morning. They have resolved the issue on their end and performance has returned to normal.
